For items shipped directly to your house, we're dedicated to securing the best freight/shipping rate for you.

Please note that certain larger fixtures or those requiring special shipping may incur additional freight fees and potentially longer shipping times. Many fixtures are made-to-order and are therefore shipped directly from our vendor's warehouses. Shipping durations vary and can range from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the specific fixture. Your shopping experience is our priority, and we want to make sure it's as seamless as possible!

Do you price match?

We believe in offering you the best value for your lighting needs. That's why we gladly price match with most Canadian retailers and showrooms. It's our way of ensuring you get top-notch products at the most competitive prices. However, please note that some restrictions may apply. Are all items on your website in stock?

We strive to keep our website inventory accurate and up-to-date to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. However, as we collaborate with a diverse range of vendors and manufacturers who ship fixtures directly from their warehouses, it's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock, backordered, or recently discontinued. In the event that an item in your order is unavailable, we'll notify you promptly, giving you the option to either wait for the item or receive a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your lighting choices, but we understand that preferences can change. That's why we offer a 30-day return window. Please note that custom or made-to-order fixtures may be subject to a restocking fee. Do you offer warranties on your fixtures?

Warranties across our selection vary as they are determined by the respective manufacturers.

Do you offer discounts for contractors or designers?

We offer a Trade Program to professionals; electricians, designers, realtors, home stagers, architects and more. Our Trade Program provides discounts, special offers, and personalized service tailored to streamline your purchasing process. We are committed to providing the best experience, service, and pricing.

Do you offer design consultations?

We offer home lighting design consultations either at your property (within city limits) or remotely. Book a FREE 30 minute consultation to get you started. Consultations needed beyond 30 minutes are billed at $100 per hour. Any amount paid towards consultations are then applied as a credit towards any fixtures you order.
